Training & deal support

You will never be alone in a client meeting.

The real fear about selling something you don't build isn't the commission split. It's sitting across from a client you've known for years, being asked a question you can't answer, and watching your credibility drain out of the room. That doesn't happen here. Our engineer is on the call.

Our side of the bargain

We're not handing you a PDF and wishing you luck.

Most partner programmes are a portal login, a logo pack and a rate card. Then silence. The partner is expected to become an expert in someone else's product on their own time, and when they can't, both sides quietly conclude the programme didn't work.

We think that's backwards. You already have the hardest thing to acquire — the trust of a business owner who takes your call. Our job is to make sure that trust is never put at risk by a gap in your technical knowledge, because that gap is ours to fill, not yours to close.

So the deal is simple. You bring the relationship and the conversation. We bring the engineer, the answers, the demo, the security pack, and the willingness to say "I don't know, let me check" in front of your client so that you never have to.

Onboarding

Two half-days. Then you're selling.

No certification exam, no forty-module portal, no test you can fail. Two working sessions with real people, scheduled around your calendar and your timezone.

SESSION ONE · HALF A DAY

What we build, in language you can repeat

  • The four things you're selling, and the sentence to use for each
  • A live walkthrough of three agents actually running — not slides
  • Where agents work, where they fail, and how to tell the difference in a conversation
  • The two deployments that failed, and what you should learn from them
  • The five questions every client asks, with the answers you'd give
SESSION TWO · HALF A DAY

Spotting and opening the opportunity

  • The six sentences clients say that signal a deal — and the one that means walk away
  • How to offer the free Sprint without it sounding too good to be true
  • Who to talk to inside a client, and in what order
  • A run-through of your own client list, live, looking for candidates together
  • Role-play of a first conversation, with honest feedback

The most useful hour is the last one

Session two ends with us going through your actual client list with you — company by company — and flagging which ones have the shape of a real opportunity. Most partners leave that session with two or three specific names and a plan for each. That hour does more for your first deal than any amount of product training.

On a live deal

Who shows up, at which moment.

You decide how much of this you use. Some partners want us on every call; others prefer to run it themselves and pull us in when it turns technical. Both are fine.

BEFORE THE MEETING

A prep call, if you want one

Twenty minutes with your partner contact to talk through who you're meeting, what you know about their systems, and which angle is likely to land. Ask for it the day before; you'll get it.

IN THE MEETING

An engineer, on camera, free

Introduced as your technical partner, answering what you can't, and deferring to you on anything about the relationship. Usually available within forty-eight hours, across European, Gulf and US hours.

AFTER THE MEETING

The follow-up written for you

A recap email you can send under your own name, with the right technical detail and nothing overclaimed. Edit it to sound like you, or send it as it is.

WHEN IT STALLS

We'll tell you why, honestly

Deals go quiet. Usually it's their security review or a budget cycle, occasionally it's that they were never going to buy. We'll give you our read rather than encouraging you to chase something dead.

Materials

Everything written to be forwarded.

These deals move when your champion forwards a document to someone else inside their company. Every piece is designed for that moment.

  • The Sprint one-pager

Two pages, print-ready. Terms, the five days, what they keep, and what we never ask for.

    Co-brand or rebrand
  • The agent registry

Twenty-five entries with specifications. Your answer to "have you done this before?"

    Shared link
  • Case studies, failures included

Evidence-classed numbers and two deployments that didn't work. Sceptical buyers respond to this more than to any success story.

    Shared link
  • The security pack

Architecture, data flow, sub-processors, DPA. Send it to their IT team early and the review stops being the thing that kills your timeline.

    On request, no NDA
  • Slides you can put your name on

A short deck in editable form. Co-branded for co-sell, fully yours under white-label — we'll supply the source file, not a locked PDF.

    Editable source
  • Something we haven't made yet

A one-pager for a specific sector, a translated version, a comparison against a competitor your client mentioned. Ask. We'd rather build it than have you improvise.

    Just ask
Your contact

One person. A name and a mobile number.

Not a shared inbox, not a ticket queue, not a rotating account manager. The same person from your first call onwards, who knows your market, remembers your clients, and answers on WhatsApp when you're standing outside a client's office needing something in five minutes.

This is the single most expensive promise on this page, and it's the honest reason the intake is capped at forty partners.

  • A question on a live deal

Anything that affects a conversation happening this week.

    Same day
  • An engineer for a client call

Scheduling around your client's availability, not ours.

    Within 48 hrs
  • A quote or scope estimate

Ranged and honest, from the Sprint findings.

    3 working days
  • A client's security questionnaire

Completed by us, at no cost, before anything is signed.

    3–5 working days
  • Something has gone wrong

A delivery problem, an unhappy client, a mistake we made. Straight to a senior engineer, not into a queue.

    Immediately
Growing your own practice

The goal is that you need us less.

Some partners stay in referral mode forever and that's genuinely fine. Others want to build an AI practice inside their own business. If that's you, we'll actively help — including with things that reduce your dependence on us.

AFTER 3 DEALS

Run the first call yourself

By your third deal you'll have heard every common question. Most partners stop needing an engineer on the first call entirely, and only bring us in at technical depth.

WHEN YOU'RE READY

Train your own people

We'll run the same onboarding for your sales team, free, as many times as you hire. Your account executives can sell this without you being in every conversation.

IF YOU WANT IT

Build delivery capability

Some agencies want their own engineers doing this work eventually. We'll train them, hand over the methodology, and take the smaller share. A partner who grows into a competitor is still a better outcome than a partner who stalls.

Support questions

What partners check before they rely on us.

Is engineer time on my calls really unlimited and free?

Yes for genuine client conversations, and we don't count them. The only thing we'd raise is a pattern of calls where a client clearly isn't real — not to bill you, but because it usually means the qualification conversation needs revisiting, and we'd rather help you fix that than quietly become unavailable.

Will your engineer speak to my client in a way that undermines me?

They're briefed to defer to you on anything commercial or relational and to answer only what's technical. They won't discuss pricing without you, won't schedule anything directly with your client, and won't offer opinions about the relationship. If one ever oversteps, tell your partner contact — that's a serious matter for us and we'll deal with it.

What if I need support outside your working hours?

Between Ahmedabad, Dubai and California we cover most of the working day globally, and your named contact is matched to your timezone where we can. For anything genuinely urgent during a live deal, WhatsApp reaches a person rather than a system. We won't pretend to offer 24/7 — we'll tell you the actual hours your contact works and we'll be there in them.

Can I visit and meet the team in person?

Please do, any time, and you don't need a formal invitation. Ahmedabad, Dubai or California — walk the floor, meet the engineers who'd build for your clients, sit in on a working session. Several partners signed after a visit rather than after a call, and a few have brought their client along, which works even better.

What if I go months without bringing a deal?

Nothing happens. There's no quota, no re-qualification, no rate reduction and no removal from the programme. Business is uneven and people have other priorities. The only situation where we'd have a conversation is if a slot has sat unused for a long time while other applicants are waiting — and that conversation would be an honest one, not a sudden email telling you your access has been revoked.

Limited intake · First come, first served

You bring the trust. We bring everything else.

Apply in five minutes, talk to us this week, get trained the week after. No fee at any point, and nothing to lose by finding out.
